Services we offer
This is a brief, usually 15-minute conversation between you and I with the purpose of determining whether there’s a good fit between your needs and my approach, and to answer initial questions before scheduling a intake session.
The 1-hour intake appointment is the initial meeting between a client and a therapist. Its primary goal is to gather background information, begin building a therapeutic relationship, and determine the client’s needs and goals for therapy.
This session is collaborative and conversational, not rushed or overly clinical. It lays the groundwork for a therapeutic relationship based on trust, safety, and mutual understanding.
The 1-hour therapy session is a structured yet flexible session designed to support your mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. These sessions are collaborative and confidential, focused on helping you explore concerns, develop insight, and work toward meaningful goals.
